Join us this autumn – study, practise and experience TCM where it is part of everyday healthcare

Are you a acupuncturist or healthcare professional interested in experiencing Traditional Chinese Medicine in China?

With the support of Akupunkturakademin we are pleased to make this unique opportunity available to acupuncturists and healthcare professionals who wish to deepen their knowledge and gain clinical experience in China.

This autumn, we are once again organising a unique study and clinical practice trip to Quzhou, China, with the opportunity to spend time at a Chinese  hospital, follow the work of Chinese doctors, observe treatments and deepen your knowledge of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

We plan to travel from 18 October  for 2 or 4 weeks . Ideally, participants stay for the full period, as this gives the best opportunity to become part of the clinical environment and gain as much as possible from the experience. However, in some cases it may be possible to join for a shorter period.

A unique opportunity to learn in China

This is much more than an ordinary trip. You will have the opportunity to experience Chinese healthcare from the inside, meet doctors and practitioners, see how TCM and acupuncture are used in daily clinical work and share the experience with other people who have the same professional interest.

And, of course, there will also be time to experience China itself – the culture, the food, the people and everyday life.

We hope this will be a journey filled with new knowledge, inspiration, friendships and memories for life.

We are very happy to be able to offer the programme at a very favourable price again this year. To make this possible, we need a group of at least 14 participants.

Clinical practice/study fee:
2,500 RMB – approximately 4000 SEK for one month

Accommodation at the school:
160 RMB – approximately 220 SEK for one month

Or hotel accommodation:
approximately 250 SEK per day

Meals at the school:
300 RMB – approximately 400 SEK for one month

Meals at the school are optional. You are free to choose where you would like to eat, and you do not need to pay the school meal fee if you prefer to eat elsewhere. Eating at the school is generally much more affordable than eating at restaurants.

Accommodation at the school is also optional. Those who prefer more comfort or privacy can choose to stay at a hotel instead, at approximately 250 SEK per day.

Each participant books and pays for their own flight.

There is also a service and administration fee of 500 SEK per participant, covering assistance with arrangements, communication and practical preparations for the trip.
